Membership Terms & Conditions

I am 21 years or older, as required by South African law.

I understand that this membership registration is for a cannabis growers club, and I am not purchasing cannabis.

I acknowledge that I am paying growers fees and rent for the cultivation and storage of cannabis, and a once-off registration/connection fee.

I confirm that I will comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations surrounding cannabis, including the Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill (2020) and the Medicines and Related Substances Act (101 of 1965).

I understand that the club will not be responsible for any illegal activities or non-compliance with South African laws.

I understand that delivery is only available in Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
